Springtime is an independent, creative, and small agency that works on large-scale projects across regional and global markets for a range of brands. We operate on a project basis, with a flexible senior team located in different cities, scaling up or down depending on each business challenge. While we work remotely, the three founding partners are based in Buenos Aires and remain deeply involved at every stage to ensure creative excellence.

Springtime isn't just an agency, it's a feeling. A true commitment to bringing that positive spirit into everything we do. We focus on fresh ideas, strategically rooted and trusted collaboration to help brands matter to people.

The agency was officially born in January 2024, but its roots go deeper. The three founding partners, Nati, Pato, and Santi, had worked together for many years. What started as a conversation between friends soon made it clear they wanted to build something of their own. A place with their energy, shared values, and creative vision.
The name Springtime reflects exactly that: a sense of rebirth, a season of blooming, and a return to what they once loved about creativity.

Patricio Elfi

Co+founder & CCO

Pato has over 20 years of experience in some of the industry’s most creative agencies.
He began as an Art Director at BBDO, then became Senior Art Director at Santo, Creative Director at Ogilvy, and Executive Creative Director at We Believers, leading work across Mexico, New York, and Buenos Aires.
He has crafted impactful campaigns for brands like Nike, Burger King, Gatorade, Pepsi, Rockstar, 7UP, Personal, Arnet, H2Oh!, and more. His work has been awarded by every major advertising show, including Cannes Lions, D&AD, One Show, Clio, Effie, LIA, NYF, El Sol, and El Ojo de Iberoamérica.
Outside of work, you’ll find Pato playing with his three kids or with his bikes.

Santiago Luna Lupo

Co+founder & CCO

Santi has spent over 20 years creating simple ideas in unconventional ways, always with a conceptual and strategic approach tailored to each market, whether in Latin America, the U.S., or globally.
He has worked in Miami, New York, and Buenos Aires for brands like Burger King, Corona, Gatorade, Pepsi, Volvo, DoorDash, Popeyes, and Spectrum.
His work has been recognized by all major advertising festivals, earning over 300 awards, including 17 Cannes Lions, a D&AD White Pencil, a One Show Green Pencil, and 13 Grand Prix.
As former ECD at We Believers, his leadership helped the agency earn global recognition, including #1 Independent Agency at Cannes 2022.
Outside of advertising, Santi is also a published children’s author with three picture books, and a fourth is on the way.

Natalia Gamarra

Co+founder & Managing Director

Natalia has over 25 years of experience in the advertising industry. She began her career in production, creating award-winning work for top creative agencies and global production companies. As Chief Operating Officer at Madre Buenos Aires for 12 years, she developed deep expertise in team leadership, process optimization, and building the right conditions for creativity. Later, at We Believers, she led Operations and Production, helping bring the founders’ vision to life by redesigning the agency’s structure and improving its day-to-day operation. At every agency, Natalia has left a meaningful mark — shaping better places to work, for people, ideas, and clients.
Mother of Simona and Beltrán, she also enjoys gardening and being part of a group that meets monthly to learn about plants.
